About Leanne Roy Conveyancing

With a legal career spanning more than 20 years, Leanne commenced her conveyancing career in 2004, working alongside the late Senior Partner, Gary Nevin, where she gained extensive experience in high-volume and complex property transactions. This early exposure laid the foundation for her thorough and commercially minded approach to conveyancing.

Prior to specialising in conveyancing, Leanne spent almost 15 years working in personal injury law, developing strong skills in legal analysis, risk management and client advocacy. This background continues to inform her approach to property transactions, particularly where matters involve complexity or heightened risk.

Leanne is deeply passionate about property and is well regarded for her clear, no-nonsense communication style. She has successfully completed hundreds of transactions across residential and rural/farming properties, commercial property transactions, and the sale and purchase of businesses. Her experience also extends to a wide range of property transfers, including spousal transfers, survivorships and transmissions.
